Having completed Heard Group’s expansion joint installation induction program, our installation team has been specially trained to install our expansion joint products as per our design specifications.
We ensure that all of our installers hold the required construction safety cards, have the correct personal protection equipment necessary for the installation and have read and signed all Workplace Health and Safety documentation required prior to commencement of your expansion joint installation.
In circumstances where project design changes during a build, we have the ability to move and adapt with your changes. With in-house design and manufacturing capabilities, we can engineer and build an expansion joint solution for your project enabling your build to continue moving forward.
We’ve successfully performed expansion joint installations for major shopping retailers such as Scentre Group (Westfield), AMP Capital and major Australian building companies such as Scentre Group, Hutchinson Builders, Besix Watpac, Adco and Mirvac.

Robina Town Centre had been experiencing significant water leaks through the existing carpark expansion joints and had been subjected to hazardous trip and noise hazards as a result of the failed expansion joint systems. Robina Town Centre's owner, QIC, chose CPSX Carpark Expansion Joint to replace their existing failed carpark expansion joints.
